O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a retired Deputy Regional Manager of the respondent Civil Supplies Corporation seeking a Mandamus to regularize the services of compulsory wait period and to disburse the monetary benefits for the said period.

2. Seeking the above said benefits, the petitioner has sent a representation on 21.03.2025 to the first respondent. So far, the said representation has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 2/4

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
