electrification, Generator arrangements and 1 No. 20 person Bed cum passenger lift arrangements to the Maternity and child Health Wing, and sanitation block at PHC Kottaipattinam, Pudukkottai District and providing internal and external electrical arrangements and Bed cum passenger lift arrangements to the construction of 50 bedded integrated Ayush Hospital at Government Head Quarters Hospital Campus at Pudukkottai in Pudukkottai District or in the alternate direct the respondents to accept the tender application of the petitioner without production of the work site visit certificate. Mr.K.R.Badurus Zaman, Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the site visit certificate will be issued to the petitioner to make a bid on 25.07.2025 and the last date for submission of tender is 24.07.2025.

2. Recording the above submissions, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to issue the site visit certificate to the petitioner positively by 23.07.2025.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
