2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly from 28.07.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6578 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.371 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a month.
