ORDER

The petitioners filed an application to quash impugned Charge Sheet in C.C.No.294 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aandipatti, Theni District, insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that simultaneously the petitioners have filed an application before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti to discharge them. The learned Judicial Magistrate also discharged them from the offence. Hence, the learned counsel submits that nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
