ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the revenue authorities from implementing the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, under the Patta Passbook Act. There cannot be a Mandamus forbearing the revenue authorities from implementing the order passed by the second respondent herein. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition is not maintainable. However, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the first respondent herein and work out his remedy in a manner known to law.

2. With the above said observation, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
