This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to disburse forthwith the leave salary viz Encashment of Earned Leave Salary and Unearned Leave Salary to the petitioner.

2. Having permitted the petitioner to retire from service, he had not been paid his retirement benefits namely, earned leave salary and unearned leave salary and the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 13.06.2025 which has been received by the second respondent. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
