ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to 1/4

direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
