This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.29 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No. 29 of 2017 and also filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil, and the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance in C.C.No.46 of 2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
