ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(A), 25 of NDPS Act and Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in Crime No.325 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.13719 of 2024 grams of Ganja and considering the fact that there are three previous cases against the petitioner of which one case is also under the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present.
