ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and earlier order of this court dated 13.02.2023 and upon perusing the letter received from the District Munsif, Melur in D.No. 418/2023, dated 8/12/2023, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time for lower court'.

2. By an order dated 13.02.2023 this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.3 of 2017 on or before 30.11.2023.

3. The Court below has now submitted a letter in D.No.418/2023 dated 08.12.2023 with a request of three months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 13.02.2023 made in C.R.P(MD)No.2132 of 2022.
