2. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Board made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was reinstated into service and he was allowed to retire from service.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner was allowed to retire from service, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds set out questioning the termination order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
