This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17774 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) represented that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.440 of 2023.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court and taken on file, this Court finds no merit in this petition and it is liable to be dismissed.
