JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo, dated 15.02.2023 seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the case. He also enclosed the letter written by the appellant stating that the dispute between the parties was settled amicably and the appellant requested him to withdraw the appeal.
