The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the partition deed, dated 03.07.2025, as per the Registration Act, 1908. 1/3
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's partition deed, dated 03.07.2025 in the light of Section 28 of the Registration Act and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
