O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. When the matter was taken up for final disposal, the tentative assertion of the learned Government Advocate is that the petition-mentioned water body has been encroached.
3. We direct the second respondent to conduct survey of the petition-mentioned water body. If the survey indicates the existence of any encroachment, by adhering to due process of law, the encroachment shall be removed. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
