Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned seniority list in the post of Junior Engineer for promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer, issued by the first respondent in his proceedings Ma.Ne.2/32446/2014 dated 13.11.2014 and quash the same in so far as placing the second respondent at Sl.No.1 in the seniority list and consequently directing the first respondent to treat the petitioner as Senior to the second respondent. 2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the letter sent for withdrawal, permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
