************* The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking issuance of separate patta for survey No.65,565-7, measuring to an extent 871.5 square feet, situated at Kaluneerkulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2.In this connection, petitioner had given a representation on 13.01.2020. An earlier representation was also given by the petitioner herein. However, it is only be appropriate that the petitioner files necessary application through online and also pays necessary fees and receipt of the same.

3.A direction is given to the second respondent/Tahsildar, Alangulam Taluk in Thenkasi District to enquire the petitioner and examine the documents of the petitioner, issue notice to any other third person who might be interested and thereafter comply with the requirements and at any rate, complete the entire process within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of online application from the petitioner herein.
