This Civil Revision petition is filed for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.93 of 2019, pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Tuticorin.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondents/plaintiffs filed a suit in O.S.No.93 of 2019 as against the petitioners/defendants for the releif of declaration and for permanent injunction. The defendants have also filed a written statement on 06.01.2020. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, though the suit is filed in the year 2019, it is posted for trial only on 09.02.2022. Since the petitioners are senior citizens, early disposal of the suit is very much essential and hence suitable direction may be issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial.
