ORDER

The writ petition is challenging the order of the first respondent, namely the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai District, Sivagangai in a patta proceedings. 2.It is submitted by the petitioner that a suit in O.S.No.4 of 2014 was instituted by him against the respondents 3 and 4 and other Revenue Officials. The said suit has been compromised and based upon the compromise, a decree has also been passed.

3.In the light of the compromise decree, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Officials concerned to mutate the revenue records inconsonance with the decree made in O.S.No.4 of 2014. 2/4

4.With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
