ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. not 1/3

known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that there was a sale agreement between her and the petitioner in respect of a property belongs to the petitioner agreeing to sell the property to her. But, he failed. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant there was sale transaction issue between the petitioner and herself. Based on which, C.S.R.No.2 of 2023 has been registered. Perusal of records shows that summon was issued to the parties. 4.Let the parties appear before the respondent police and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. Let the respondent police complete the enquiry, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
