Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.MATHIYALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the 1/3

condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8759 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8759 of 2023 is extended finally for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
