ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that the complaint lodged by him has not been properly enquired into by the respondent police, has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in Ramanathapuram District by forming a syndicate, paddy merchants and paddy farmers have been cheated.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired and the same has been closed as it is business transaction. A copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 28.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes cp 2/4
