This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to initiate appropriate criminal action for the offence under Section 81 & 82 as contemplated in Section 83 of the Indian Registration Act.

2.There is already an order passed in favour of the petitioners by the second respondent by proceedings, dated 02.05.2012. If the petitioners want to prosecute the concerned person for fraudulent transfer, the petitioners themselves can initiate criminal proceedings and there is no requirement to go through the second respondent in this regard.
