Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court on the Petitioner by its order passed in Crl.OP.(MD). Nos.14071,14072,14073,14074,14075,14076,14077 and 14078 of 2021 dated 22.09.2021 respectively.

COMMON ORDER : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.KARTHICK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner In all the Petitions and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents in all the Petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)Nos.14071, 14072, 14073, 14074, 14075, 14076, 14077 and 14078 of 2021, dated 22.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9547 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 15.10.2021. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending, the conditions may be modified.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 am., until further orders.

5.The petitions are ordered accordingly.
