ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the freezing of the bank account pertaining to Madurai Tamil Sangam by the 2nd respondent in the year 2014. 2.There is no proper representation for the petitioner and a further time is sought.

3.The learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent submits after filing of this writ petition, elections have been conducted thrice for the Sangam and new office bearers are dealing with the affairs of the Sangam.

4.This writ petition is filed in the year 2014 as against the freezing of the bank account passed in the year 2014. The 3rd respondent claims that new office bearers of in power. In view of the subsequent developments, this writ 2/4
