ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2025 and consequently take appropriate action upon the online compliant against the fourth respondent, within a time frame. 2.The petitioner is a married woman. She has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police that a video has been speared as against her as if she cheated the fourth respondent. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner filed the present petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that they are conducting petition enquiry and the same is pending.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that the fourth respondent has not uploaded the video. 5.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and perused the available records.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the first respondent to refer the complaint of the petitioner to the Cyber Crime, Madurai City. The Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime, Madurai City is directed to ascertain as to who uploaded the video as against the petitioner and take appropriate action as against them. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 29.07.2025 gns 3/5
