The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy on 11.01.2022 and secure the presence of the third respondent forthwith before the said Court within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent has appeared before the concerned Court yesterday and got the warrant recalled.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
