ORDER

The petitioner has approached this court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him in a civil dispute under the guise of an enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.157 of 2025 and it was closed as civil in nature on 24.05.2025.
