ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner, dated 19.03.2018 and 14.05.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the party have taken the bundle from him and he seeks a direction of this Court to remove his name from the cause list.

3. Though a wide relief is sought for by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 3 and 4 to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 19.03.2018 and 14.05.2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
