Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.KARTHICK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12858 of 2021, dated 16.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 15.10.2021 till today, without fail.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 15.10.2021. 4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 am., until further orders.
