This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to file the final report in Crime No.1165 of 2020 on the file of the second Respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents would submit that negative final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur. From the remarks offered by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Melur, it is found that in Crime No.1160 of 2020 on the file of the second Respondent, final report had been filed on 31.03.2022 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.63 of 2022, which is pending for service of summons, whereas in Crime No.1165 of 2020 on the file of the same Police Station, final report had not yet been filed. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that negative final report was filed with regard to Crime No.1160 of 2020, the Petitioner is directed to approach the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur regarding the final report that is yet to be filed by 2/4

the Respondents. The Petitioner can approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and file a protest petition regarding the same. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
