This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to transfer the investigation in the case in Crime No.386/2018 on the file of the 4th respondent to 2nd respondent or any other independent investigating agency and thus render justice.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to issue notice to the Respondent/Contemnor and punish him under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.3677 of 2019 on 11.03.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order dated 21.12.2018, in Crl.OP(MD)No.3677 of 2019, the Deputy Superintendent of Police conducted investigation whether one Manikandan is involved in the crime or not in Crime No.386 of 2018 and he found that the above said Manikandan was not involved in the crime. Accordingly, closed the investigation and filed a final report before the concerned Magistrate. Therefore, there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD)No.1381 of 2019 contempt is made out as against the respondent. 3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is dismissed.
