Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to restore the possession of the property situated at Kanyakumari District, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari Village in re-survey No. 678/41 for about 37 cents with the petitioner pending disposal of the original suit in O.S.No. 278 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Court, Nagercoil and pass such further or other orders as this 2/4
Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
ORDER:- This Writ Appeal and Writ Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 14.08.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge (FAC), Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil vide the letter in D.No.739 / 2023 dated 14.12.2023, this Court made the following order: (Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.,) By letter dated 14.12.2023, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), the learned Sessions Judge (FAC), Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, has requested further time of six months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.276 of 2022.
2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, 14.08.2023.
