JUDGMENT

The Criminal Appeal is directed against the judgment of acquittal made in S.T.C.No.94 of 2022 dated 27.03.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal appeal and he has also filed a memo dated 14.11.2025 to that effect. The said Memo is recorded.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
