ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN,J.) The prayer in the present Writ Petition is to consider the one time settlement proposal that has been sent by the writ petitioner to the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the respondent reports that pending the Writ Petition, on 07.09.2023, the one time settlement (OTS) proposal was considered and the writ petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,59,500/- less the amount already paid as Rs.3,97,500/-.

3. Since the one time settlement proposal has been considered and orders have been passed, nothing requires to be adjudicated in the present

Writ Petition. Recording the one time settlement in TIIC:BO:SVK:LAO: 2023-24 dated 07.09.2023, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
