/Dejuri Complainant Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 (1) (b) of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam on the petitioner by its order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3557 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021.

ORDER: This petition coming on for orders on this day,upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.KARTHICK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,Government Advocate (Crl.Side)for Respondents, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3557 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly till today, without fail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 15.10.2021. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending, the conditions may be modified.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 am., until further orders.
