[Order of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.V.Perumal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel, for the respondent. By consent on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the respondent Corporation dated 26.08.2019.

3. The issue in the instant case, was considered by us in many cases and it would be relevant to refer the order made in the case of V.Sundar Rajan Vs. The Assistant Commissioner, (Revenue) (i/c), Madurai Corporation and another [W.P.(MD)No.19366 of 2019], dated 06.09.2019.

4. Following the said order, this writ petition is dismissed and the petitioner is granted eight weeks time to comply with the direction contained in the impugned notice, failing which, it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.20682 of 2019 open to the respondent to take appropriate action to evict the Petitioner from the subject place, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
