ORDER
This writ petition is filed as against the order of the first respondent dated 28.12.2020, rejecting the candidature of the petitioner in Common Recruitment for the posts of Grade II Police Constables / Grade-II Jail Wardens / Firemen - 2017-2018.
2. Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.S.Saji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the Inspector General of Prison, vide Proceedings dated 03.01.2022, selected the petitioner for the post of Grade II-Jail Warden and therefore, nothing survives https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.20286 of 2021 for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted the same and submits that the petitioner received a copy of the proceedings dated 03.01.2022.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed as no further order is required in this writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
