Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. HAROON RASHEED.D.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.iii imposed upon the petitioner to cancel the deposit amount of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) to the 1/3

credit of Crime No.13 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.10179 of 2024, dated 10.07.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the submits that even though originally an undertaking was given to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-, the same was meant towards the value of the goats. Subsequently, A1 and A2 were arrested and the goats were recovered.

3. In view thereof, the petition stands allowed and the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- is cancelled. All other conditions in the order dated 10.07.2024, shall remain unaltered.
