This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to open the sealed tenders received for Bar attached to TASMAC Shop No.10223, Trunk Road, Thiruvanaikovil, Tiruchirappalli - 5 and to declare the highest bidder and thereby issue licence for Bar attached to TASMAC Shop No.10223 to the highest bidder.
