2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and final report has been filed and it has been taken cognizance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8572 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7532 of 2023 on 19.06.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned committal Court on receipt of summons.
