ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his complaint has not been registered has approached the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi in 1/4

CrMP No.67 of 2025. The same was forwarded by order dated 10.02.2025 and despite the same it has not been registered. Therefore, he has come with the above prayer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate they have conducted an enquiry and it was closed as civil in nature. Further they have also filed the closure report before the court concerned.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police shall furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
