Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of certiorarified Mandamus or any other order or directions in the nature of a writ calling the records of the second respondent i.e., the Revenue Divisional officer, Pathukottai relating to his impugned proceedings in R.C.No. 2203/2019/A1 dated 02/07/2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents for the reinstation of the petitioner in anyone of the post of Village Administrative officer subject to the result of the criminal case pending against him and pass such other orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and render justice.

ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SUDHAGAR NAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.S.R.A.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Account No.10767823177 [State Bank of India], towards District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam, within a period of two [2] weeks from 2/4

today.

2.The Registry shall not number the Writ Appeal, if the receipt of the payment of cost is not enclosed.
