PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to transfer the petitioner to any other appropriate institute, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2018 and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 to 8.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to transfer the petitioner to any other appropriate institute and to take action as against the respondents 4 to 8. 2.According to the petitioner, she made a representation dated 10.03.2018 to the 1st respondent with the relief sought for in the prayer. But, on such representation, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.D.Nalla Thambi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 8 would submit that the petitioner has been discontinued from the institution and all the certificates have been handed over to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
