This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to shift the petitioner's water connection from door No.92 to the petitioner's new house at door No.80A situate in Ward No.25.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the new water connection has been given to the petitioner and nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Therefore, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
