2.When the writ petitions came up for hearing, learned Counsel on either side submitted that the prohibition order issued by the District Collector has been recalled by the Government and the licenses have been issued to the petitioners.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, these writ petitions are closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
