PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2019 and 19.08.2019 respectively, with regard to approval of appointment of petitioner with effect from 18.09.2017 as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 5th respondent school with all consequential benefits.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 05.06.2019 and 19.08.2019 respectively, with regard to approval of 1/3
appointment of the petitioner with effect from 18.09.2017 as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fifth respondent school with all consequential benefits.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the fifth respondent School. He was appointed in the sanctioned post on 18.09.2017. The fifth respondent has sent a proposal to the second respondent on 19.09.2017, for approval of appointment of the petitioner. But, the second respondent has not passed any order. Hence, the petitioner made representations dated 05.06.2019 and 19.08.2019 respectively, to the respondents 1 to 3. Since no action was taken, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition.
3.Heard Mr.A.Sivasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiagarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
4.Considering the nature of relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the fifth respondent, dated 19.09.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
