This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.11.2014, wherein, the petitioner has requested the first respondent not to grant permission to convert the subject property into plots, since the subject property is a water body.

2.Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate, based on the written instructions, submitted that the first respondent will not grant any permission to convert the water body into house plots. 3.The submissions made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded and this writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
