O R D E R

The Writ Petition is directed against the order passed by the second respondent in Na.ka.No.21/Kaa.Aa.A/Thuraiyur/2024, dated 16.08.2024 and consequently, directing the respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the continue sitting struggle, dated 17.08.2024 to 17.09.2024 or any other days in the campus of the Taluk office, Thuraiyur, Trichy District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,17.10.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
