ORDER : This Criminal original petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANI ANANDH.P Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by the Special Court for Trial of SC/ST(PoA) Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2244 of 2023 on 13.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and final report is made ready. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by the trial court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2244 of 2023 on 13.07.2023 is relaxed and since the final report is made ready, the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Special Court on receipt of summons. sd/- 10/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
